About the Founder

Claire started her career in production, producing TV commercials and music videos with some of London's most esteemed director talent of the time. After the briefest of pauses to give birth to her darling son, an opportunity arose for Claire to dip her toe into the glamorous world of talent management, at one of the most prestigious talent management companies in London. After joining Hamilton Hodell, Claire quickly discovered that her production background was an invaluable asset to talent management. With a keen eye for exceptional talent, she quickly developed an impressive roster of actors. Fast forward six or so years, Claire decided to set up her own talent agency. Together with the actors already under her charge, Claire Hoath Management was founded in 2012.
